MANUSCRIPT WITHDRAWAL

Authors are not permitted to withdraw a submitted manuscript. This is because the submission process stipulates that the article is not in, is currently under, or is late for publication in another journal. Furthermore, this wastes the editor's and/or reviewers' valuable time. Editors and reviewers have invested significant time and effort into processing the submitted manuscript, including the publisher's costs and work.

If an author requests a withdrawal while the manuscript is still undergoing peer review, they will be fined Rp 300,000 per manuscript as a withdrawal penalty to the publisher. However, it is unethical to withdraw a manuscript submitted from one journal if it has been accepted by another. Withdrawing a manuscript after it has been accepted for publication will result in a fine of Rp 450,000 per manuscript.

Manuscript withdrawal is only permitted after the withdrawal penalty has been fully paid to the publisher. If the author does not agree to pay the fine, the author and their affiliates will be blacklisted from publication in this journal.
